Christelle Randall

I have over 25 years’ experience in the industry working at agencies (Premier, Organic), in house (Metrodome Distribution, Entertainment One) and as a consultant. I have worked with highly acclaimed filmmakers such as Alejandro González In҃árritu, Sarah Polley, Sean Baker, Ari Aster, Guillermo del Toro, Sarah Gavron, Gaspar Noé, Michael Winterbottom, Cate Shortland, Deepa Mehta, Bart Layton, Michael Caton Jones, Jonas Carpignano, Luca Guadagnino, Shane Meadows, Peter Mullan, Park Chan Wook, Wim Wenders, Laura Poitras and Julia Ducournau.
I launched my consultancy in 2020 now re-branded as Christelle + Co to reflect our transition to a company. Our team consists of Natasha Malhotra (Publicity Director) and Charlotte Segal (Awards & Festivals Manager) and we work with regular contractors every year. Together we handle UK and international release campaigns (film and TV), awards campaigns, corporate and unit publicity. Additional PR work, in my hometown Lewes, includes managing publicity for the Lewes Speaker Festival.

I started at Premier working on the BFI London Film Festival as a Junior Publicist in 2011. I then worked on PR campaigns such as 'Lion’, ‘The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’, ‘Three Billboards’, ‘The Shape of Water’, ‘Brooklyn’, ‘Florence Foster Jenkins’, ‘Inside Out and Kajaki’. I was also part of the International Film Festival Team at Premier and attended Cannes, Berlin and Venice as well as being part of team who launched Sundance London in 2012 and handling regular high profile red-carpet premieres.
Christelle and I started working together in Summer 2020 and have worked on a multitude of campaigns including ‘Collective’, ‘All That Breathes’, ‘The Deepest Breath’, ‘American Symphony’, ‘Skywalkers: A Love Story’ and more recently ‘The Remarkable Life of Ibelin’, ‘Daughters’, ‘Black Box Diaries’, ‘Anora’ and ‘Sister Midnight’. It was great to be reunited with the Sundance London team again last year where we ran the PR team for the 2024 edition.

Christelle and I re-acquainted in Spring 2020 (shortly before I moved back to the UK with my family) and we have been working together ever since. I´ve worked across UK awards campaigns for 'Collective', 'The Truffle Hunters', 'Julia', 'Writing with Fire', 'Hallelujah : Leonard Cohen, A Journey, A Song' and 'Last Flight Home' to name but a few and in 2022 we ran the awards campaigns for the BAFTA and Oscar nominated films 'All that Breathes' and 'All the Beauty and the Bloodshed'. I have supported Christelle in other areas of her growing business including working at the London, Berlin and Cannes Film Festivals representing award winning titles on the ground.

I continued working with the team and have since worked on projects such as 'Black Box Diaries', 'Apocalypse in the Tropics', 'Left-Handed Girl', 'Palestine 36', 'The Voice of Hind Rajab', 'The Brutalist' and 'The Sound of History', as well as handling publicity for titles across international festivals.

Akshat Kulshrestha
Team Coordinator
I started my film journey at the National Film & Television School, and honestly, getting my first break in publicity at Altitude was a dream, especially getting to work on the Talk To Me campaign. After a brief detour into games at Bastion, I realized my heart was really in film, which led me to a one-of-a-kind experience with DDA during the London Film Festival. I’ve been chasing that same high ever since, which is exactly what brought me to the amazing team here at Christelle + Co PR in February 2026. It’s been a whirlwind ever since; between the BAFTAs, EFM, and GFF, it’s been an incredible experience. I love being part of such a talented group and I'm looking forward to all the exciting campaigns we have coming up.
